  6. Every Breeder should impress upon the new owner the necessity of good public relations – the importance of being a good dog neighbor.  Every Malamute becomes the real representative of the Breed if involved in one misdeed.

PUBLIC IMAGE AND SAFETY

Each owner is obligated to study his dog’s temperament and behavior before deciding what functions his dog can attend without jeopardizing the safety of spectators and participants or the good image of the Breed

** If the majority of the Board feels that a certain dog should not attend a particular function and after being notified in writing the owner allows the dog to come, that would be reason enough to consider expulsion.
