chondrodysplasia, probability rating, x-rays for hip-displasia, any other

(CHD, dwarfish) probability rating and hips clear of hip displasia as
determined by OFA or a qualified radiologist.

PUPPY SALES

Anyone found directly involved in the sale of puppies through
pet shops or any other type of wholesale outlets, including mail-order houses,
dog agents, or Federally licensed dog dealers, shall constitute reason enough
to consider expulsion.
- It will be considered
undesirable to offer puppies fro sale for less than $100.00.
- Puppies from test
litters will be sterilized before leaving the premises of the breeder.
OBLIGATION TO THE NEW MALAMUTE OWNER

meet the standards of the area in which he lives, but also to set an
example for the new Malamute Owner.
- Every Breeder should
impress on each new owner the necessity for proper training and
socialization of the puppy.
- Every Breeder should
impress upon the new owner the necessity of good public relations – the
importance of being a good dog neighbor.
Every Malamute becomes the real representative of the Breed if
involved in one misdeed.
PUBLIC IMAGE AND SAFETY
Each owner is obligated to study his dog’s temperament and
behavior before deciding what functions his dog can attend without jeopardizing
the safety of spectators and participants or the good image of the Breed
**
If the majority of the Board feels that a certain dog should not attend a
particular function and after being notified in writing the owner allows the
dog to come, that would be reason enough to consider expulsion.
