Take I 94 West toward Madison. Exit at Highway 16. Take Hwy 16 north, exit at Capitol Drive (Hwy 190) and turn left. Just before the railroad tracks, Capitol Drive forks to the right while Oakton Ave goes straight. Stay on Capitol Drive. The park will be about 1/4 mile on the right.
